Dry lining and over-boarding

We can remove blown plaster thereafter dry lining the walls using one of several methods. Dry lining walls can be achieved by using wooden battens or metal wall lining systems which both leave an air gap stopping previous damp issues and adding insulation where required. We can also over-board where the surface is sound but damaged e.g. water damage or fix plasterboard directly to brickwork known as dot and dab and then plaster in all cases leaving a wall ready for painting.
